Exterior
Villa Anna is located on a plot of 1000m2 and is enclosed by high stone walls that provide maximum privacy, discretion and security to our guests, especially families with children.
In the yard there is an 8mx4m swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful sunbathing area, paved with natural white stone. It is important to note that the pool provides the possibility of heating water and thus allows bathing regardless of weather conditions.
There is also an outdoor kitchen in the yard. The kitchen has a large grill, a sink, a fridge and a meal area. The house has three beautiful outdoor terraces to enjoy eating and socializing. The courtyard is dominated by a small olive grove that further protects from curious views and gives our guests a wonderful Mediterranean spirit.
Within the courtyard there is a large car and bike parking area.

Drage is located in the heart of the Croatian Adriatic. Drage is located in the municipality of Pakoštane, between major tourist centers - Zadar (38km) and Sibenik (38km). The place is popular with lovers of quiet vacations and crystal clear sea.
The highly indented coastline with bays surrounded by pine trees, Mediterranean vegetation and pebble beaches offers guests the sought-after peace away from mass tourism.
Only a kilometer from Draga is the Vransko Lake Nature Park, the largest freshwater lake in Croatia and a reserve for 251 bird species. The nature park is well known for anglers and active lovers who enjoy the newly built bike paths around the lake.
